02 DE ABRIL DE 2013<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">COMUNICADO 002-2013<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Compa\u00f1eros:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Se les informa que la Junta Local de Conciliaci\u00f3n y Arbitraje, de manera ilegal emplazo en dias pasados a CONALEP Nayarit solo por revisi\u00f3n salarial, descartando el emplazamiento a huelga por violaciones y por la revisi\u00f3n integral de nuestro contrato colectivo de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>En respuesta a la queja que fue interpuesta de manera inmediata por nuestra organizaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de nuestro cuerpo jur\u00eddico al presidente de la Junta Local de Conciliaci\u00f3n y Arbitraje del Estado de Nayarit, Diego Valderrama Delgado, este reconoce su equivocaci\u00f3n en el procedimiento y en estos momentos se lleva a cabo la notificacion a <strong>CONALEP NAYARIT QUE SE ENCUENTRA EMPLAZADO A HUELGA POR REVISION SALARIAL, REVISION INTEGRAL Y VIOLACIONES DE NUESTRO CONTRATO COLECTIVO DE TRABAJO.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La junta de avenimiento programada para el d\u00eda 3 de abril a las 9 am ha quedado suspendida y reprogramada para el d\u00eda viernes 12 de abril.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo que se les notifica a <strong>TODA LA BASE DEL SITRAyD CONALEP QUE LA CONCENTRACION PROGRAMADA PARA EL DIA DE MA\u00d1ANA QUEDA POSPUESTA HASTA NUEVO AVISO.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La informaci\u00f3n continuara por los medios habituales, solicitandoles estar al pendiente de los comunicados que pudieran surgir en las pr\u00f3ximas horas derivado de la instalaci\u00f3n de la mesa de negociaci\u00f3n a las 14:00 hrs del dia de hoy.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>A T E N T A M E N T E<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">ALEJANDRO CAMPOS MART\u00cdNEZ<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">PRESIDENTE COMITE ESTATAL DE HUELGA<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">SITRAyD CONALEP NAYARIT<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TEPIC, NAYARIT;
